Job summary

DING FUNG DEVELOPMENT (INTERNATIONAL) PTE. LTD.

is seeking an on-site M&E Coordinator to oversee all M&E works on project sites and ensure timely, budget-conforming delivery in line with safety and code requirements. The role involves coordinating M&E designs with architectural coordinators, reviewing specifications, producing M&E coordination drawings, attending site and technical meetings, and maintaining comprehensive drawing records.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating M&E works on construction sites.
• Ability to review and align M&E design with project drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with ACMV, electrical, plumbing and sanitary systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all M&E works on site.
• Supervise and coordinate M&E works at project site.
• Ensure M&E works are completed on time, within budget and in compliance with standards, codes and safety regulations.
• Perform general on-site technical & engineering matters and quality checks.
• Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with requirements.
• Review and align M&E design and project drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and guidelines.
• Review project specifications and technical clarifications.
• Prepare structural penetration shop-drawings for approval.
• Prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers to issue drawings for approval.
• Produce M&E Coordination drawings.
• Maintain M&E drawing records.
• Attend site meetings and technical meetings with Consultants.
• Responsible for M&E works such as ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing and Sanitary etc.
