Job summary

OPERCE PTE. LTD.

in Singapore seeks an experienced M&E project coordinator to manage the master schedule and integrate the work breakdown structure across multiple projects. You will develop and update resources such as manpower, equipment and materials, and coordinate with engineers and architects while supervising on-site M&E activities and reviewing shop drawings from the design team for consultant submission.

Responsibilities

• repar ing and manage overall master schedule integrating work breakdown structure
• Developing and update resources (manpower, equipment's and materials) availability, production and construction sequences
• Coordinate with Engineers and Architects, and perform site supervision and co-ordination of M&E works
• Review all M&E shop drawings from design team and submit to consultant
• Execute mechanical and electrical works in project.
• To ensure projects meet client’s quality standards and timely complete.
