Job summary

You will develop 3D models and detailed drawings, support structural and thermal analyses, and select materials for performance and manufacturability. Collaborating with manufacturing and process engineering, you will participate in design reviews and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of enclosure design experience for gensets, engines, machinery or industrial systems.
• Proficient with CAD software (CATIA, SolidWorks, NX or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with FEM/FEA and thermal analysis.

Responsibilities

• Translate engineering and product requirements into practical mechanical design concepts.
• Develop 3D models and detailed engineering drawings using CAD software.
• Support design analyses and simulations including structural, thermal and vibration assessments.
• Evaluate materials and components based on performance, cost and manufacturability.
• Design tooling, jigs and fixtures for assembly and testing processes.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and process engineering to implement designs.
• Participate in design reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to quality, safety and environmental regulations.
