Job summary

JDA WMS Pè Ltd seeks a mechanical design specialist to architect automation solutions and develop winning sales proposals. You will own the technical process from concept through commissioning to long-term post-sales service and support.

The role involves preparing comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, system layouts, and cost estimates, plus CAD-based design of mechanisms and fixtures. You will create and maintain all project drawings, manuals, BOMs, and service records.

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical engineering or related field required.
• Strong mechanical design experience with full machine design.
• Solid CAD knowledge using AutoCAD/SolidWorks.

Responsibilities

• Design automation solutions and prepare technical proposals.
• Own end-to-end technical process from concept to post-sales support.
• Prepare system layouts and cost estimates for proposals.
• Design automated systems and fixtures using CAD software.
• Create and maintain project drawings, BOMs, and manuals.
• Perform wiring, panel checks, and robot programming during integration.
• Conduct testing, validation, and on-site commissioning support.

Job Scope & Descriptions:

• Serve as the key technical expert for designing automation solutions and developing winning sales proposals.
• Own the end-to-end technical process, from concept design through commissioning to longterm post-sales service and support.
• Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, including system layouts and cost estimates.
• Design automated systems and custom mechanical fixtures or mechanisms using CAD software.
• Create and maintain all project documentation (drawings, manuals, BOMs, and service records).
• Perform hands‑on integration, including electrical wiring, control panel checks, and robot programming.
• Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure performance meets specifications.
• Provide on-site technical support during commissioning and post-deployment, including system service, maintenance, and customer training

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Looking mainly on mechanical design skills, especially on full machine design experience (Types of equipment : Automation system, robotics solutions, fixtures and etc.)
• Solid knowledge of CAD design (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
• Hands‑on experience in automation-related areas, such as motors, motion control, robotics, and automated production lines
