Job summary

MIEUX PTE. LTD. is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design jigs, fixtures and machine parts, and to perform reverse engineering drawings. The role involves end-to-end involvement from design through sourcing, installation and on-site troubleshooting.

The candidate should be proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and able to create 3D models/assemblies, with an innovative, proactive mindset and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Automation / Mechatronics or equivalent.
• Proficient in CAD software, AutoCAD and SolidWorks, able to generate 3D models/assemblies.
• Innovative, pro-active, energetic, can work under minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical design of jigs & fixtures and machine parts.
• Perform reverse engineering drawing.
• Involved in design, sourcing, installation, assembly and troubleshooting.
• Communicate with customers for design input.
• Coordinate with production floor for design related issues.
• Coordinate with sales, production and suppliers.
• Technical support on-site.
• Support QC inspection and assembly.
