NTS COMPONENTS SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking an Assembly Technician to build mechanical modules from components, ensuring parts meet customer specifications. You will perform hands-on assembly, follow work instructions, and aim for targeted cycle times in a clean-room capable environment.

Qualifications include at least a secondary/technical background and 2 years in manufacturing, with hands-on mechanical or electrical assembly experience. Compliance and quality are essential to daily duties.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble mechanical components from parts to module per work instructions or training.
• Ensure assembled products meet customer specifications and expectations.
• Maintain target cycle times for assembly work.
• Assist in material handling and related tasks as needed.
• Suggest process/tool improvements to enhance quality and outputs.
• Report non-conformities to supervisor promptly.
• Maintain tools, fixtures and equipment; report wear.

Responsibilities & Authorities:

• Assemble mechanical from components level to module level, in accordance to Work Instruction or as per training provided

• Ensure product assembled meets customer specifications & expectations

• Perform assembly work consistently per targeted cycle time

• Assist in material handling and knitting whenever required

• Improve any process and tooling to achieve better quality and meet the target production outputs

• Report to immediate supervisor for non-conformity, if any

• Maintain tools, fixtures and equipment for production use. Report and wear and tear to supervisor

Job requirements

• Secondary School / GCE O-Level or relevant technical qualification

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment and technical assembly work

• Hands-on experience in mechanical and/or electrical assembly

• Experience working in cleanroom environment is an added advantage
