SYS-MAC AUTOMATION ENGINEERING PTE LTD is hiring for an assembly technician in Singapore. You will assemble mechanical components from module to machine level, perform time adjustments and testing, and follow Work Instructions with training provided.

You will ensure products meet customer specs, maintain safety and cleanliness, and aid in material handling and inventory management. The role requires a Nitec or Diploma in engineering disciplines, EAB/EAS certification, and at least 3 years in

• Nitec or Diploma in Electrical, Manufacturing, Mechanical or Process Engineering or equivalent.
• EAB/EAS certification is required.
• Minimum 3 years in technical assembly work; contract manufacturing experience preferred.
• O level with relevant experience welcome.
• Honest, good attitude, teamwork and can-do mindset.
• Hands-on mechanical and/or electrical assembly skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble mechanical components from module to machine level; perform time adjustment and testing.
• Follow Work Instructions and training to ensure proper assembly.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and tidiness in the workplace.
• Maintain tools and equipment for production use and assist in material handling.
• Record data for SPC, production reports and inventory management.
• Report non-conformities to supervisor; willing to work extra hours or weekends if required.

Job Description

• Assemble mechanical component from module level to machine level, performing time adjustment and machine testing process.


• Perform assembly work according to Work Instruction as per training provided


• Ensure product assembled meets customer specifications & expectations


• Maintain workplace safety, cleanliness and tidiness.


• Maintain tools and equipment for production use.


• Assist in material handling and kitting, whenever required.


• Ensure product assembly meets or better than targeted completion time/ date.


• Conduct simple tooling daily checks.


• Records data required for statistical process control, production related reports and inventory management.


• Report to immediate supervisor for non-conformity, if any.


• Willing to work extra hours or on weekends, if required


• Other duties as and when assigned.

Job Requirements

• Nitec or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering or equivalent


• EAB/EAS certification


• Experience and knowledge in the field of contract manufacturing is preferred.


• Minimum 3 years of working experience n technical assembly work.


• O level with relevant experience are welcome to apply.


• Honest, good attitude and teamwork.


• Quick learner with good quality mindset and can-do attitude


• Hands-on skill in mechanical and/ or electrical assembly
