Responsibilities

• Repair company machine such as grout pump, Hanjin Rig, Micropile Rig.
• Able to understand mechanical input especially various kind of equipment/machine.
• Manage maintenance, fabrication, and welding works.
• Maintain equipment documents, training materials, and housekeeping standards.
• Ensure safety, discipline, and adherence to EHS policies.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical support to departments and manage job costs.
• Supervise workshop activities and enforce safety protocols.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Familiarity with construction equipment and spare parts (advantageous).
