Qualifications

• Fluency in English, Chinese, and Malay to assist diverse customers.
• Comfortable using a laptop for basic store systems.
• Able to perform basic mathematics.
• Must be physically fit to lift up to 25 kg for stock replenishment and loading.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS and backend systems using a laptop to process payments (Cash, NETS, Credit Cards).
• Greet customers, handle inquiries, and assist with heavy purchases to customer vehicles.
• Introduce new arrivals, seasonal specials, and loyalty promotions; share meat origin, cuts, and cooking tips.
• Assist in replenishing heavy meat stock and ensure display hygiene and quality.
• Perform cash float verification at shift start and settlements at day end.
