Leong Hup Singapore is hiring a Production Supervisor to oversee daily meat processing and manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient workflow, product quality, and food safety compliance. The role supervises production staff, monitors performance, and drives achievement of production targets on a 12-hour shift.

You will coordinate schedules, manage manpower, uphold GMP and FSSC 22000 standards, and contribute to continuous improvement by reducing wastage and costs.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business or Engineering.
• 2–3 years in a production supervisory role.
• Experience in meat processing or food manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety, GMP and FSSC 22000.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and organization.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily meat processing and manufacturing activities to meet targets.
• Coordinate schedules, manpower, equipment usage, and workflow.
• Monitor output, yield, wastage, downtime; implement corrective actions.
• Ensure GMP, sanitation, and food safety compliance across production.
• Prepare daily production reports and drive continuous improvement.
