LEE SAY POULTRY INDUSTRIAL, part of the Leong Hup Singapore Group, is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily meat processing operations, ensure product quality, safety compliance, and target achievement. The role requires supervising staff, optimizing workflows, and maintaining GMP standards.

You will lead production teams, monitor yields, reduce wastage, and coordinate with QA, Maintenance, and Planning to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in meat processing, food manufacturing, or a similar industry.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, GMP, and FSSC 22000 principles.
• Strong leadership, communication.

Responsabilités

• Production Operations: Supervise daily meat processing and manufacturing activities to ensure plans and targets are met.
• Manpower Supervision: Allocate job assignments, monitor attendance, and ensure adequate manpower coverage across lines.
• Quality Control and Food Safety: Ensure all activities comply with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards; monitor temperature controls and handling procedures.
• Workplace Safety and Housekeeping: Enforce safety procedures, maintain cleanliness, and ensure proper PPE usage.
• Reporting and Continuous Improvement: Prepare daily production reports and coordinate with QA, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Planning teams.
