Job summary

CHEE SONG FOODS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily meat processing operations, allocate workforce across cutting/bandsaw lines, and ensure daily production targets and yield rates are met.

You will enforce SFA/HACCP/Halal/GMP standards and maintain cold-chain integrity. The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in meat processing or food manufacturing, with hands-on knowledge of butchery, bandsaw cutting, and room production.

Qualifications

• Eligibility: Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents (PR) only.
• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in meat processing or food manufacturing.
• Practical understanding of butchery operations, bandsaw cutting, and cold-room production.
• Strong familiarity with SFA regulations, Halal requirements, and HACCP standards.
• Strong communication and people-management skills to lead production-floor operators.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily meat processing operations and allocate workforce across cutting/bandsaw lines to meet production targets and yield rates.
• Enforce strict hygiene and safety practices including SFA, HACCP, Halal, and GMP standards; monitor quality and cold-chain integrity.
• Monitor raw material usage, minimize waste, and optimize processing flow to improve yield.
• Oversee machine safety, preventative maintenance, and compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines.
• Train, guide, and manage production operators and meat cutters; maintain accurate attendance and production logs.
