Job summary

Responsibilities

• Line Supervision: Oversee daily production floor operations, assign tasks to workers, and ensure the team meets output quotas.
• Quality & Food Safety: Enforce compliance with food safety standards and ensure all products meet quality guidelines.
• Safety Enforcement: Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring staff wear PPE and follow machinery safety protocols.
• Inventory & Reporting: Track raw material usage, log daily production outputs, and report machinery malfunctions or delays to management.
• Team Training: Train new line workers on procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies.
