Job summary

FIRST MAID PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a dedicated MDW placement coordinator to assist clients with MDW hiring inquiries, manage after-sales issues, and coordinate MDW selections and interviews.

The role also involves performing administrative and training duties related to placements and ensuring MOM documents are processed correctly. Applicants should be bilingual in English and Mandarin and must be able to work weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• CEI is required.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role or in the service industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is necessary to effectively communicate with customers who speak these languages.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays, with days off according to the duty roster.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customers on MDWs hiring inquiries and handle after-sales issues, including service recovery as needed.
• Facilitate the selection & interview of MDWs.
• Perform administrative and training duties in connection with the placement of MDWs.
• Ensure that all the necessary documents are processed with the MOM.
• To perform other job related and ad hoc duties as assigned.
