Job summary

SAINT BELLA group in Singapore seeks an experienced Centre Nurse Manager to oversee daily operations, staffing, budgeting, and emergency responses, while delivering nursing care to mothers and newborns.

You will coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure high client satisfaction, coach doulas and nurses, promote a positive working environment, review incidents, and maintain safety and hygiene standards. Immediate availability is preferred; remuneration and career prospects are attractive.

Qualifications

• Holder of a valid Registered Nurse Practicing Certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Sigapore.
• At least 5 years' work experience preferably from Private Hospitals / Clinics / Postnatal Centres.
• Well-organized, independent, attention to details and able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Good problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.
• Good team player and ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive with excellent interpersonal skills preferred.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
• Immediate available is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee centre daily operations, including manpower planning, budgeting and emergency responses.
• Provide nursing care to mothers and newborns.
• Coordinate different teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and operational.
• Coach and supervise doula and nurse, promote a positive working.
• Review and investigate incidents and complaints.
• Monitor environment which promotes safety, security and optimal health for both clients and staff.
• Develop and deliver training to ensure compliance with hygiene and operation standard.
• Responsible and accountable for performance and operation of the Centre.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Centre Manager and management.
