Job summary

Baker Hughes Company is seeking a Manufacturing Professional - Warehouse & Internal Logistics to drive materials planning and execution. You will translate demand signals into executable orders, coordinate with Sales, AMO and regional teams, and optimize inventory to meet customer requirements.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience), 2+ years of material planning and scheduling, SAP and MRP proficiency, and a readiness to lead cross-functional teams

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2+ years in material planning and scheduling with SAP and MRP.
APICS certification preferred; proven leadership and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales and Operations to convert demand plans into orders.
Analyze demand for exceptions and gaps with product rationalization.
Plan and schedule order timelines to meet customer requirements.
Coordinate with Product Line, Sales, and Service Delivery to adjust delivery schedules.
Conduct material management analyses, including forecasting and inventory reviews.
Develop and implement inventory stocking strategies.
Monitor safety stock and aging inventory; address gaps with regional teams.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to maximize value.
