LEE TECH ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant QS with a strong focus on material planning, procurement, and site logistics in Singapore.

The role involves taking off quantities from drawings, sourcing quotes, issuing POs, and coordinating deliveries to keep site operations on schedule and within budget. The candidate should have 1–3+ years of relevant experience, proficient Excel skills, and familiarity with AutoCAD or similar tools.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3+ years of experience in material take-offs, procurement, or QS support in construction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with AutoCAD is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Perform material take-offs and quantity calculations from drawings, specs, and site requirements.
• Source, compare, and negotiate pricing, lead times, and payment terms across suppliers and vendors.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and track order status from placement to delivery.
• Plan and schedule material delivery arrangements according to site construction phases and storage capacity.
• Liaise with site engineers to verify DOs, report discrepancies, damages, or wastage.
• Assist in tracking project material budgets, verify supplier invoices, and prepare monthly claims.
• Maintain accurate material inventory records, procurement tracking sheets, and site delivery logs.
