Job summary

The role collaborates across Business Unit, Customer Operations, Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Logistics and Engineering to align forecasts with production and procurement. Strong Excel skills and Oracle knowledge are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in materials and production planning in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across different levels.
• Knowledge of demand planning and inventory management.
• Analytical skills in demand trends and root cause analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel Pivot Tables is required.
• Oracle knowledge is advantageous.
• Good time management and presentation skills.
• Able to work under pressure in a customer-driven environment.
• Able to collaborate across teams and levels.
• Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage demand planning process and analyze historical billing to develop stocking strategy.
• Responsible for supply planning and driving optimal inventory to meet OTD targets.
• Anticipate customer requirements and work with buyers to improve delivery commitments.
• Act as interface among Business Unit, Customer Operations, Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Logistics & Engineering.
• Manage E&O to minimize exposure and oversee Product Life Cycle for new launches.
• Take counter-measures for aging stock and prepare quarterly reports.
• Drive process improvements and participate in ad hoc projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
