Job summary

Sanmina-SCI Systems Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Materials Coordinator with a strong background in electronics manufacturing. You will coordinate material requirements to ensure 100% production uptime and align purchase orders with customer needs, while monitoring MRP and ERP data integrity.

The role emphasizes data-driven inventory optimization, AI-assisted analysis, and process improvements to eliminate manual, paper-based tasks. 4+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Studies, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years in Electronics Manufacturing or related field.
• Knowledge of MRP, Kinaxis RR, and Oracle.
• Knowledge of Materials Planning and Supply Chain.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, vlookup).
• Knowledge of AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Materials coordination to meet corporate targets and uptime.
• Monitor part availability and logistics tracking to prevent bottlenecks.
• Manage E&O to minimize financial waste.
• Execute purchase orders with data integrity in ERP.
• Use AI tools to automate reporting and identify supply risks.
• Identify manual tasks to automate or digitalize.
• Other duties as assigned.
