Job summary

MOVEON TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Material Handler to support production by delivering materials and moving finished goods and WIP. You will pick, issue and return items, ensuring accurate part numbers and quantities while maintaining safe storage and clear documentation.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience in material handling or warehouse operations, with the ability to work independently and within a team. Shift flexibility and a commitment to safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in material handling or warehouse operations.
• Basic inventory control knowledge and handling procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver raw materials and components to production lines and transfer finished goods, work-in-progress (WIP) and excess materials to designated areas.
• Pick, issue and return materials according to production orders and material requisitions, ensuring correct part numbers, quantities and identification.
• Monitor material availability and replenish production lines according to production schedules to prevent shortages and delays.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stocktaking, cycle counting and inventory verification.
• Ensure proper material storage, labeling, FIFO compliance and traceability, where applicable.
• Handle and stack materials safely to prevent damage, contamination or loss.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in production and storage areas, ensuring walkways and emergency exits remain unobstructed.
• Complete material movement documentation and update inventory transactions in the system, where applicable.
• Report material shortages, inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, safety hazards and operational issues to the supervisor.
• Coordinate with production and warehouse personnel to ensure smooth material flow and efficient operations.
• Comply with company safety procedures and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
