Job summary

GMP Group in Singapore is seeking a skilled Material Handler to ensure smooth movement of materials within the facility. You will receive, store, and distribute materials, prepare items for production, and coordinate with the production team to support timely deliveries.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience, basic computer skills, and familiarity with inventory management systems.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment will be an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and distribute materials according to company procedures.
• Perform physical inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare materials for production by pulling and staging materials as needed.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and delivery vehicles.
• Inspect incoming materials for quality and quantity.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
• Communicate with production team to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Identify and report any discrepancies or issues with materials.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
