Job summary

Frencken Mechatronics in Singapore is seeking a Material Handling and Warehouse Support associate to move raw materials, components and WIP, ensuring proper documentation and traceability on the production floor.

You will perform packing, labeling, inventory transactions, and support continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining safety and quality standards in a controlled manufacturing environment. Shift duties and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in material handling, warehousing, production support, logistics, or cleanroom operations preferred.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing documentation, travelers, and material traceability requirements.
• Basic computer skills for inventory transactions and production record updates.

Responsibilities

• Material Handling & Cleanroom Support: transfer raw materials, components, tooling, and WIP into and out of the production floor; verify proper documentation; support replenishment; segregate non-conforming materials.
• Packing, Labelling & Product Identification: perform non-cleanroom packing; verify labels and identifications; ensure packaging completeness and compliance.
• Inventory & Traceability Control: maintain accurate traceability of materials and WIP; perform stock movements; assist cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Quality, Safety & Compliance: follow safety procedures and QMS; maintain cleanliness and 5S; escalate discrepancies promptly.
• Continuous Improvement & Team Support: assist cross-functional teams; participate in 5S and waste reduction initiatives; support material flow improvements.
