Job summary

Ultra Clean Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking an Expeditor III to ensure timely delivery of materials and jobs to meet production schedules. You will coordinate with internal teams and monitor workflow progress in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will identify delays, communicate needs to action owners, and support production continuity through analysis of schedules, specifications, and work-in-progress. Prior experience in purchasing or planning is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years related experience in manufacturing.
• At least a year of purchasing or planning experience.
• Strong understanding of production schedules and production processes.
• Ability to identify delays to delivery schedule or production impacts.
• Experience with production delivery schedules and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deliveries to meet production schedule.
• Identify delays and communicate needs to action owners.
• Arrange disposition of jobs to meet production schedules.
• Compile and review production schedules, reports, and status.
• Demonstrate understanding to the customer through drawings.
• Work with senior management to compile day-to-day job-specific information from drawings, customer specs, and interactions.
• Report issues on equipment, tooling, resources, or anything that can affect production flow.
• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
