Job summary

Ultra Clean Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking an Expeditor III to ensure timely delivery of materials and jobs to meet production schedules. You will coordinate with internal teams and monitor workflow progress in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will identify delays, communicate needs to action owners, and support production continuity through analysis of schedules, specifications, and work-in-progress. Prior experience in purchasing or planning is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years related experience in manufacturing.
• At least a year of purchasing or planning experience.
• Strong understanding of production schedules and production processes.
• Ability to identify delays to delivery schedule or production impacts.
• Experience with production delivery schedules and documentation.

About the role

Expeditor III ensures timely delivery of materials and jobs to meet production schedules by coordinating with internal teams and monitoring workflow progress. This role identifies and resolves delays, communicates effectively with stakeholders, and supports production continuity through detailed analysis of schedules, specifications, and work-in-progress. It contributes to operational efficiency by reporting issues, interpreting technical drawings, and collaborating with senior management to drive results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Work with internal customers to coordinate and drive deliveries to meet the production schedule


• Identify when delays to delivery schedule or production impacts occur and communicate needs to action owners


• Arrange disposition of jobs to meet production schedules


• Compile and review production schedules, reports, and status/location to approach jobs in various stages of WIP


• Demonstrate understanding to the customer through words and drawings


• Work with senior management to create and compile day-to-day job-specific information through detailed drawings, customer-supplied specifications, and customer interaction


• Report any issues on equipment, tooling, resources, or anything that can affect production flow


• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

About you

• High School Diploma or equivalent


• 1-3 years related experience, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.


• At least a year of purchasing or planning experience


• Strong understanding of production schedules and production process/sequence


• Ability to identify when delays to delivery schedule or production impacts occur


• Experience in product, organizing, integration, and control with respect to production delivery schedules
