Job summary

A recruiting agency in Singapore is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to develop and execute purchasing strategies. This role requires proficiency in ERP systems like SAP and at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in sectors such as Oil & Gas or Aviation. Qualifications

Job description

• Location: Hillview

• Salary Range: UP to $3,500

• 1 year contract (no extension) with UP to 1 month completion bonus
  

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute purchasing and material planning strategies in alignment with production schedules and inventory targets.

• Generate Purchase Requisitions and Production Order creation using SAP system.

• Track order status and expedite or defer deliveries as needed to align with production requirements.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including manufacturing, engineering, and quality, to resolve supply chain issues.

• Analyse demand trends and supply risks to anticipate and prevent potential disruptions.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and industry regulations.

Job Requirements

• Min Diploma in any Engineering discipline or Supply Chain Management or Procurement

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in planner, or similar supply chain role

• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace working environment independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication skills, meticulous, resourceful, able to multi‑task

• Preferably in Oil & Gas, Aviation, Off‑shore Marine or Semi‑con industry

• Minimum experience using Excel at least Pivot table level
