Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Woodlands is hiring a Supply Chain professional to manage production scheduling, inventory planning and raw material coordination. The role requires coordinating with production teams to meet due dates, release orders, and resolve NCR-related issues.

You will also optimize stock levels and partner with QC, R&D, and Purchasing. A degree in logistics and at least 3 years of relevant experience are expected, with ERP system involvement for data entry and reporting.

• Min Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics or similar.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule production of customer orders and plan inventories to meet due dates and capacity.
• Release Manufacturing Orders and monitor production progress.
• Collaborate with QC/R&D/ Purchasing to address NCRs and ensure quality.
• Maintain ERP-based data, generate reports, and support audits.
• Improve operations through continuous improvement initiatives.
