Job Description & Responsibility:

Program & Planning

• Handling customer accounts, responding to inquiries, and managing RMAs (Returns Merchandise Authorizations).

• Planning delivery schedules, monitoring daily shipment progress, and ensuring timely deliveries to customers.

• Liaising with Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Logistics to ensure smooth delivery planning and production follow-ups.

• Working with Purchasing to manage customer demand forecasts and preparing RFQs (Request for Quotes) and cost estimates.

• Handling ECOs (Engineering Change Orders) and ECNs (Engineering Change Notices) to facilitate necessary changes in products or services.

Logistic

• Handle the procurement of goods from both local and overseas suppliers.

• Process and manage shipping documents for both export and import of goods.

• Communicate with logistics agencies to ensure timely clearance and arrival of goods for both import and export.
