Job Description & Responsibility:
Handling customer accounts, responding to inquiries, and managing RMAs (Returns Merchandise Authorizations).
Planning delivery schedules, monitoring daily shipment progress, and ensuring timely deliveries to customers.
Liaising with Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Logistics to ensure smooth delivery planning and production follow-ups.
Working with Purchasing to manage customer demand forecasts and preparing RFQs (Request for Quotes) and cost estimates.
Handling ECOs (Engineering Change Orders) and ECNs (Engineering Change Notices) to facilitate necessary changes in products or services.
Handle the procurement of goods from both local and overseas suppliers.
Process and manage shipping documents for both export and import of goods.
Communicate with logistics agencies to ensure timely clearance and arrival of goods for both import and export.
