Job summary

TSTAR RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Material Planner in Singapore to develop material forecasts and production plans, ensuring timely material availability and minimizing disruptions.

You will coordinate with internal teams and suppliers, monitor schedules, and optimize inventory to meet customer delivery requirements. Qualified candidates will have a degree in SCM/Industrial Engineering or related field, proficiency in Excel/SQL/Power BI, and familiarity with Python/VBA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of Python, VBA, and digital tools for supply chain management will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to perform well in a fast-paced and challenging work environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop material forecasts and production plans to ensure timely material availability and prevent production line disruptions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and production teams to ensure the timely supply of materials and resources.
• Monitor production input, output, and supplier delivery schedules to maintain optimal inventory levels and meet customer delivery requirements.
• Manage resource availability and production capacity to minimize downtime and ensure production continuity.
• Maintain and optimize production control systems to support efficient and smooth operations.
• Analyze production data, identify operational issues, and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in a customer-driven, service-oriented environment to resolve operational challenges.
• Perform other duties and projects assigned by the reporting manager.

• Salary:Up to SGD 4,300 +AWS+VB (1-2 Months)
