Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a warehouse associate to support daily inbound and outbound operations. You will prepare orders for delivery and pickup, load and ship items, and ensure accurate packing and labeling while maintaining stock accuracy.

The role requires a valid forklift license and a collaborative attitude to work well with the team, with overtime available as needed to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in a warehouse environment.
• Possession of a valid forklift license.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work overtime when needed.

• Prepare orders following scheduled delivery and pick-up times (loading, packing, wrapping, labelling, shipping).
• Handle incoming and outgoing goods effectively.
• Report discrepancies found during inventory processes.
• Perform regular stock counts on a bi-weekly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Execute additional ad-hoc duties as required.
