Job summary

APLL External Career Site is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse activities in Singapore. You will ensure safety and efficiency, maintain inventory accuracy in our system, and coordinate replenishment with procurement to meet customer SLAs and KPIs.

Responsibilities include picking, packing and shipping, proper documentation, and collaboration with Customer Service to provide updates and ensure timely deliveries. A minimum of 1 year in logistics is required.

• Ensure documentation for inbound/outbound shipments complies with local requirements
• Implement quality control for packaging and labeling

• Address discrepancies in order fulfilment promptly
• Ensure workplace safety and complete required training (e.g., 5S)
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Inspect stocks against orders and generate non-compliance documents when needed

Job description

Responsible for coordinating the daily warehouse activities for the assigned scope in a safe and efficient manner and the adoption of technological devices where necessary to aid in completing the responsibilities assigned. Ensure all customers' requirements are completed and meet their satisfaction level as per SLAs and KPIs.

Responsibilities

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records using the company's inventory management system.
• Monitor stock levels, anticipate shortages and coordinate replenishment as needed.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely reordering of products.
• Coordinate cargo or material-handling security procedures for hazardous goods.
• Coordinate the picking, packing and shipping of orders to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Address any discrepancies or issues related to order fulfilment and resolve them promptly.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure products are properly packaged and labeled.
• Liaise with Customer Service and Support teams and provide progress updates to customers; arrangement for inbound and outbound shipments; check and ensure proper documentations are in placed as per local regulatory requirements (i.e. packing list, BOL etc.).

Quality Assurance

• Inspect and validate stocks (SKUs, colour, size, quantity, defects etc.) against customers' orders.
• Generate supporting documents for non-compliance for follow-up actions.

Operational Compliance

• Ensure workplace safety standards and protocols are adhered to create a safe working environment for all.
• Complete all mandatory training in relation to workplace safety (e.g. 5S).
• Adhere to corporate social responsibility policies for logistics operations.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with other departments/teams to complete day-to-day responsibilities as required.
• Communicate effectively to ensure smooth coordination of tasks and timely order processing.
