Job summary

ASML in Singapore seeks a Material Availability Coordinator to manage end-to-end supply chain activities for service orders, upgrades, installs and relocations. You will ensure timely material delivery, resolve escalations, and drive continuous operational improvement across field regions.

The role requires SAP proficiency, strong Excel skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams and customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
• Relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations is preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inbound and outbound shipments.
• Support material availability and execution readiness for service orders, upgrades, installs, and relocations.
• Resolve operational disruptions, escalations, and shipment-related issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams, warehouses, forwarders, and customers.
• Perform proactive stock checks and inventory monitoring.
• Participate in operational meetings and lead stakeholder alignment where required.
• Work effectively in SAP and other operational systems.

Material Availability Coordinator

As a Material Availability Coordinator, you are responsible for the end‑to‑end execution of operational supply chain activities within a field region. You ensure timely material delivery, issue resolution, and continuous operational improvement for both service activities and UIR events, including upgrades, installs, and relocations.
