Job summary

ASML in Singapore is seeking a Material Availability Coordinator to manage end-to-end operational supply chain activities within a field region, ensuring timely material delivery and issue resolution for service activities and UIR events such as upgrades, installs, and relocations.

You will monitor shipments, support readiness for service orders, coordinate with warehouses and customers, and use SAP and other systems to maintain stock accuracy in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
• Relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations is preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inbound and outbound shipments.
• Support material availability and execution readiness for service orders, upgrades, installs, and relocations.
• Resolve operational disruptions, escalations, and shipment-related issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams, warehouses, forwarders, and customers.
• Perform proactive stock checks and inventory monitoring.
• Participate in operational meetings and lead stakeholder alignment where required.
• Work effectively in SAP and other operational systems.

Material Availability Coordinator

As a Material Availability Coordinator, youare responsible forthe end-to-end execution of operational supply chain activities within a field region. You ensuretimelymaterial delivery, issue resolution, and continuous operational improvement for both service activities and UIR events, including upgrades, installs, and relocations.
