Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Master Planner to manage all planning activities for the assigned workcell, mentor junior planners, and ensure 100% on-time delivery. You will build and maintain the MPS, align with customer PO coverage, and drive BOM and routing accuracy to optimize WIP and inventory movements.

The role requires strong knowledge of MRP, production scheduling, and capacity planning, with APICS certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + 5 years’ experience, or Master’s + 3 years, or PhD.
• APICS certification and supervisor experience preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of MRP, lead times, run rates, and production sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Manage Master Production Schedule (MPS) and PO coverage.
• Reconcile MPS to customer PO coverage weekly.
• Ensure 100% on-time delivery and 95% MPS target.
• Own BOMs and routing creation for accurate WIP tracking.
• Lead EOL planning with 30-day prior meetings.
