Job summary

Conduit Group is a MAS-regulated wealth and asset management group seeking a hands-on finance professional to own MAS regulatory reporting for CAM and CSPL and to support day-to-day finance operations. The role reports to the Group CFO and COO in Singapore, demanding strict evidence, reconciliation and audit trails.

You will own MAS returns and surveys, prepare and file monthly, quarterly and annual submissions, and back up the billing, payroll and accounting cycles.

Qualifications

• Experience in MAS-regulated financial institutions is essential.
• Ability to maintain evidence, reconciliation and audit trails.
• Excellent calendar management and disciplined handling of regulatory deadlines.
• Strong ownership of full accounting cycle and multi-entity/multi-currency experience.

Responsibilities

• MAS regulatory reporting ownership for CAM and CSPL: monthly, quarterly and annual returns and surveys.
• Finance operations: billing, receivables, payroll, payments, and general ledger reconciliation across Group entities.
• Control and continuity: document end-to-end processes, create procedures, serve as backup for finance operations.

Education

Degree or Diploma in Accountancy or Finance; or part-qualified ACCA/CA/CPA
