Job summary

OVERSEA-CHINESE BANKING CORPORATION LIMITED is seeking a role in Singapore to maintain accurate static and reference data used by Treasury platforms, enabling reliable trade capture, settlement and reporting. You will manage data across Murex and related systems, ensuring consistency, traceability and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong analytical skills, familiarity with treasury platforms, and a drive to improve data quality and automation, in a fast-paced, office-based environment

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• Good knowledge of Treasury products such as securities, derivatives, foreign exchange and money markets.
• Good understanding of front-to-back trade processing and related risks and controls.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Improvement-oriented mindset with an interest in automation and data quality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Murex, SWIFT or Treasury platforms is advantageous.
• Experience in static data, reference data, instrument or counterparty setup is advantageous.
• High attention to detail and understanding of data changes affecting processing.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain reference-data records in Murex, TSDS and relevant platforms.
• Review requests for completeness and approvals before processing.
• Perform maker or checker activities with segregation of duties.
• Apply data standards, naming conventions and effective dates consistently.
• Monitor static-data requests and meet service levels and cut-offs.
• Investigate data issues and coordinate remediation.
• Maintain auditable repositories for validated records.
• Support periodic control activities and data quality checks.
• Assess static-data implications for new products and projects.
• Work with Global Markets, Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance and Tech to resolve dependencies.
• Identify opportunities to automate data sourcing and validation.
