Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good eye for branding, presentation and visual communication.
• Strong PowerPoint and Canva skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, social media and email marketing.
• Interest in product marketing, programme positioning and go-to-market activities.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Comfortable supporting client-facing activities and working with senior stakeholders.
• Resourceful, proactive and willing to take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Support AIS Academy's marketing and branding activities.
• Develop marketing collateral, eDMs, brochures, presentation decks and social media content.
• Maintain consistent branding across digital and offline channels.
• Support website and programme content updates.
• Create and coordinate content for LinkedIn and other social platforms.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for B2C programmes, particularly in Artificial Intelligence and Sustainability.
• Support paid advertising, campaign creatives, landing-page content and lead-generation activities.
• Develop targeted corporate eDMs and campaigns for areas such as Customer Experience, Service Excellence, Leadership, Soft Skills and AI.
• Support the launch and lead the positioning of new AIS programmes.
• Conduct competitor and market research to understand trends, pricing and market demand.
