Job summary

TSH Corporation Limited seeks a Marketing Coordinator to coordinate timelines and deliverables across our hospitality outlets. The role involves liaising with outlet teams, producing marketing collateral, and coordinating vendors for timely delivery.

You will support the in-house design team, update websites and social channels, and assist with photoshoots and campaigns. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing timelines, deadlines and deliverables across all outlets.
• Liaise with outlet teams to collect information on upcoming promotions, events, menu updates and marketing requirements.
• Coordinate the production of menus, posters, tent cards, digital assets and other marketing collateral.
• Consolidate artwork requirements, copy, pricing, promotion details and other information for design production.
• Support the in-house Graphic Designer with artwork adaptations and coordination for events, promotions and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with external vendors, printers and suppliers to ensure marketing materials are produced and delivered on time.
• Maintain trackers for ongoing campaigns, artwork requests, production timelines and marketing deliverables.
• Assist with website, digital menu and online platform updates to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
• Assist with social media postings across all brand and outlet channels, including preparing captions, coordinating assets, scheduling posts and ensuring content is published according to the marketing calendar.
• Support photoshoots, content production, events and marketing campaigns when required.
• Conduct basic checks on marketing materials and social media content to ensure pricing, dates, promotion mechanics, branding and information are accurate before publication.
• Support time-sensitive marketing requests while ensuring communication remains clear between outlets, designers, vendors and the marketing team.
• Follow up with relevant teams on outstanding information, artwork, approvals and deliverables to keep marketing projects on track.
• Maintain organised records of artwork files, campaign materials, promotion details and past marketing assets for easy reference.
