Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Marketing Operations and Customer Support professional to enhance campaign execution and customer satisfaction. You will manage accurate data, support programme activities, and ensure timely responses to inquiries across emails and messaging platforms.

The role requires a Diploma or degree in Marketing or related fields and at least three years of experience in marketing operations and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Operations, Digital Studies or related discipline.
• At least three years of experience in marketing operations and customer support.
• Experience with email marketing, campaign management tools such as Mailchimp.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and secure marketing databases, including data entry, organization, updates, and discrepancy resolution.
• Coordinate marketing content updates and support programme-related activities.
• Respond to customer enquiries through email and messaging platforms, resolving requests per SLA.
• Assist with marketing campaigns and initiatives with relevant stakeholders.
• Manage marketing tools and software to support day-to-day operations.
• Prepare and present reports covering marketing performance and customer service metrics.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Maintain current documentation for marketing and customer service processes.
• Coordinate meetings and operational updates for marketing and support teams.
• Facilitate coordination between internal and external stakeholders.
• Recommend improvements to campaign effectiveness and customer experience.
• Build and maintain professional customer relationships through reliable service.
