Job summary

Panevino Pte Ltd operates a growing group of independent F&B concepts in Singapore's East and is seeking a Marketing Manager to own marketing across all brands. You will lead marketing strategy and execution for the group, manage one Marketing Executive, and work directly with the business owner and outlet General Managers.

This is a hands-on role in a small team: you will set the plan and also do a good share of the work.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• At least 5 years of marketing experience, including 2+ years in F&B, hospitality, retail or similar multi-outlet business.
• Proven track record of managing social media accounts and paid campaigns with measurable results.
• Experience planning outdoor or out-of-home advertising.
• Experience managing digital signage or in-store display content is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of supervising or mentoring a junior team member.
• Strong copywriting skills in English and ability to write for different brand voices.
• Organised and budget-conscious, able to manage multiple brands and deadlines.
• Willing to work occasional evenings or weekends for events, shoots, and launches, and travel between outlets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual multi-outlet marketing calendar.
• Own the marketing budget across outlets and report ROI by channel.
• Plan launches, seasonal menus, promotions and events with ops teams.
• Maintain brand identities across menus, signage, packaging and online touchpoints.
• Track outlet performance and adjust marketing activity.
• Manage relationships with delivery platforms, media and partners.
• Support new concept launches from pre-launch buzz to steady-state marketing.
• Oversee social media, outdoor ads, and digital signage; content planning and scheduling.
• Run paid campaigns and email/WhatsApp marketing to boost visits.
• Monitor online reviews and coordinate responses with managers.
• Lead one Marketing Executive and coordinate freelancers/agencies.
