Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Proven track record delivering integrated, multi‑channel campaigns.
• Experience managing creative agencies and external suppliers.
• Background in hospitality, lifestyle, sports, leisure or membership organisations is an advantage.
• Experience with Mailchimp or similar email platforms is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Club's integrated marketing strategy and campaigns to drive member acquisition, retention, participation and commercial performance.
• Oversee rebranding programme rollout across digital platforms, signage, collateral and member communications.
• Own the Club's website and digital channels, including SEO, SEM, content calendar and analytics.
• Represent marketing in CRM implementation and member communication journeys.
• Champion AI adoption to improve content creation, planning and analytics.
• Manage in‑house and external creative output and support sponsorship activation and events.
• Track campaign effectiveness and deliver regular insight reports.
