Job summary

AHT Cooling Systems GmbH in Singapore is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to drive regional marketing efforts, create brochures, manage social media, and support showroom initiatives.

You will coordinate with sales and HQ, organize events, develop campaigns, and translate product knowledge into compelling materials.

Bachelor's degree is required; proficiency with MS Office and graphic software; strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven experience in marketing communications, event planning, and execution.
• Strong creative skills with experience in designing marketing materials.
• Efficient in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint & Graphic software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Create user friendly brochures/Leaflet/Flyer according to company policy
• Create promotional presentation which can be utilized by sales staff to customer
• Create content on social media to deliver the image of AHT and share its successful case story
• Manage website creation and updates
• Select suitable products to display and decoration at location
• Organize exhibition with our business partners
• Conceptualisation and realisation of the new showroom in Singapore.
• Aggregate Market Intelligence for whole region in Asia Oceania. (Market Volume etc.)
• Monitor the market competition and future trends/demands
• Develop and implement advertisement strategies, campaigns and articles
• Develop sales and marketing strategy to different markets in Asia Pacific region
• Coordinate with technical team and get the latest product knowledge

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing communications, event planning, and execution
• Strong creative skills with experience in designing marketing materials
• Efficient in MS Words/ Excel/PowerPoint & Graphic software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong project management skills, with an ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Take positive for AI Tools incl. Large Language Model for effective marketing. (e.g. Chat GPT / DALL E / Stable Diffusion / Midjourney)
