Job summary

You will define content direction, review creative outputs, and lead a team to meet deadlines. You will engage senior stakeholders and oversee agency partnerships to ensure branding excellence.

Job description

1. Strategy and lead generation

• Develop and execute online marketing strategies that deliver a consistent inflow of qualified leads and strong social media exposure.
• Plan the monthly marketing calendar across brands, aligned with business goals agreed with the management team.

Content and creative direction

• Define content direction and own content calendars aligned with overall marketing objectives and business calendars.
• Review and approve storyboards, scripts and final video edits to ensure alignment with brand messaging and marketing goals.
• Provide creative direction and ensure all outputs meet quality and brand standards, including design checks for layout, typography and formatting.

2. Performance marketing

• Plan, execute and optimise social media advertising and Google Ads campaigns, setting budgets, targets and – test plans.
• Track and analyse digital marketing performance, producing weekly and monthly reports on leads, cost per lead, conversion and content reach.

3. Team leadership

• Manage workflow priorities so team members meet deadlines and project milestones.
• Coach and develop team members through weekly one-to-ones and individual goals, and contribute to probation and performance reviews.
• Support hiring for open marketing roles.
• Oversee planning and execution of company events with the Events Executive.
• Act as the day‑to‑day marketing contact for senior stakeholders, and manage agencies, vendors and partners.
