Job summary

InternSG is seeking a motivated intern to support exports coordination and marketing efforts in Singapore. You will assist in exporting documentation, create content, and help plan trade shows and promotions while collaborating with multiple teams.

The role requires keeping marketing materials updated across media and social platforms, and supporting diverse sales and marketing activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent course.
• Meticulous and well-organised, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating exports and perform export administrative documentation.
• Support the team to brainstorm, develop, and execute marketing or branding campaigns.
• Writing clear content to promote our products/services.
• Plan, coordinate and handle all trade shows and major promotions and assist in all sales and marketing activities.
• Assist in designing marketing collaterals for target audiences across all multimedia and social media platforms.
• Coordinate schedules and timelines on the calendar for marketing campaigns and project phases with various departments.
• To perform such other duties / work as directed by the Company from time to time.
