Job summary

WEBULL SECURITIES (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive events and marketing assistant to support Singapore-based campaigns.

You will help deliver physical events end-to-end, coordinating with partners, venues, and vendors. On event days you will handle on-site setup, registrations, and run-of-show, while also supporting post-event wrap-ups. The role offers exposure to marketing materials, copywriting for promotions, and close collaboration with a small local team.

Qualifications

• Able to commit to a full 6 months.
• Available to work occasional evenings, in line with event dates.
• Genuine interest in marketing and a willingness to learn quickly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with logistics instincts.
• Reliable and composed under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery of physical events in Singapore from planning to wrap-up.
• Liaise with partners, event agencies, and vendors on requirements and timelines.
• Handle pre-event preparation: venue logistics, materials, attendee lists.
• Be on site on event days for setup, registration, running order, and troubleshooting.
• Manage post-event administration: teardown coordination, materials reconciliation, vendor follow-up, and reporting inputs.
• Support invoicing and vendor administration tied to events and campaigns.
• Maintain event trackers, checklists, and records so nothing slips between stages.
• Write copy for event promotion, campaign materials, and digital channels.
• Brief and liaise with our design team on event flyers, landing pages, and marketing collateral, seeing assets through from request to final delivery.
• Proofread and quality-check materials before they go live; pitch in on ad-hoc marketing tasks as they come up.

What you will do
