Job summary

Newsyn Biotech Pte Ltd is seeking a creative marketing intern to help produce and publish short-form videos and social posts. You will design visuals for campaigns, support on-ground activations, and track performance to inform future content and strategies.

The role offers hands-on exposure across social media, eCommerce, paid advertising, influencer marketing, and brand campaigns. Ideal for someone pursuing a Marketing/Business/Communications degree and eager to learn.

Qualifications

• Video editing skills with CapCut, Premiere or similar.
• Graphic design ability using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or equivalents.
• A portfolio or examples of past work is a big plus.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

If you're creative, hungry to learn, and love seeing your work out in the world, this role is for you. You'll be creating content that gets watched, designing visuals that stop the scroll while working on the Jin Mai Lang Brand.

• Create content: shoot, edit, and publish short-form videos and social posts (TikTok, Instagram & more)
• Design visuals: build eye-catching graphics, product creatives, and campaign assets
• Support events: help execute activations, food fairs, and in-store promotions on the ground
• Track performance: monitor content metrics and help shape what we do next
• Support campaigns: assist with planning and coordination across digital and offline channels

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

You'll get real exposure across diverse marketing functions:

• Social media marketing
• eCommerce: TikTok Shop, Shopee & Lazada
• Paid advertising
• Influencer marketing
• Supermarket POSM & in-store marketing
• Brand strategy & campaign planning

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
• Graphic design ability (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent)
• A portfolio or examples of past work - a big plus!
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Good communicator: clear, proactive, and easy to work with
• Eager to learn and grow across a fast-moving, diverse role

Duration: Ideally looking for minimum six months internship

Allowance: SGD$1000 nett per month
