Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to tailor messaging for different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage marketing collateral including promotional materials and digital content.
• Manage social media accounts and digital marketing channels.
• Coordinate company events, staff engagement activities and team-building initiatives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategy and positioning.
• Maintain and update company databases and records for both marketing and HR functions.
• Support the creation and distribution of newsletters, announcements and internal communications.
• Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Support the coordination of recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening and interview scheduling.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures documentation.
• Assist with onboarding processes and employee induction programmes.

About the role

You will play a key part in supporting our internal communications strategy whilst also contributing to our external marketing initiatives, making a direct impact on both employee engagement and brand visibility. Key responsibilities
