Job summary

Rose Beauty Bar is seeking a Marketing Executive who will drive content across social platforms, film and edit short videos, and manage campaigns. The role includes creative design, listing visuals, and supporting livestream initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

You'll work both creatively and on execution, with hybrid working days and opportunities to experiment with new tools and trends. A portfolio of content and editing samples is required for consideration.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in social media marketing, content creation or digital marketing.
• Able to film and edit short-form videos independently.
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram and Meta platforms.
• Good awareness of current social media trends and digital tools.
• Basic knowledge of paid advertising and campaign management is preferred.
• Comfortable creating marketing artworks and promotional materials.
• Portfolio or examples of previous content, video editing, design or marketing work must be provided during application.

MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Rose Beauty Bar is looking for a creative and hands-on Marketing Executive who enjoys social media, content creation and trying new ways to grow a brand. This role is suitable for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and does not mind doing both creative and execution work.

Content Creation

Plan, film and edit short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and other social media platforms. Create engaging content that fits current trends while maintaining the company’s branding.

Social Media Management

Manage content calendars, captions, postings and basic community engagement. Keep up with new social media trends, platform features and content formats.

Paid Advertising

Set up, manage and monitor paid advertisements across platforms such as Meta, Instagram and TikTok. Review campaign performance and make basic optimisations where required.

Artwork & Listing Design

Create promotional artworks, service listings, e-commerce visuals, campaign materials and social media graphics using Canva or similar design tools.

Campaign & Livestream Support

Support livestream campaigns, outlet launches, seasonal promotions and other marketing initiatives. Work together with the operations and livestream teams to execute campaigns.

Digital & AI Tools

Use AI and other digital tools to assist with content ideas, copywriting, research, editing and marketing planning. We are constantly exploring new tools and ways to improve how we work.

Requirements

1. Relevant experience in social media marketing, content creation or digital marketing.

2. Able to film and edit short-form videos independently.

Working Hours

Mon to Fri 11am – 7pm. Work From Home Thurs, Friday & Saturday (Half Day). In house for 3 days (Mon to Wed).
