Job summary

CATHOLIC PRESCHOOL EDUCATION (SINGAPORE) LTD. is seeking a Marketing Executive to lead social media content across six centres, film and edit short-form videos, and craft captions that reflect the organisation's warmth and values.

You will build a content calendar, support enrolment campaigns and Open Houses, coordinate with Centre Principals, and maintain marketing collateral and website updates to ensure brand consistency and timely execution.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • Strong writing skills with a sharp eye for tone and detail.
  • Proficiency in content creation and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Confident in filming and appearing on camera when needed.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple centres, priorities, and deadlines concurrently.
  • Good administrative, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records, trackers, and schedules.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with Centre Principals and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and schedule content for the organisation's social media account, including photos, videos, graphics, and captions.
  • Film and edit short-form videos across all six centres, including recurring content series.
  • Write captions and copy that carry the warmth, values, and voice of the organisation.
  • Maintain a consistent brand identity and visual style across all content.
  • Build and manage a content calendar aligned with the school calendar and key milestones.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and report on content performance.
  • Support enrolment campaigns and group-wide events such as Open Houses, from planning through to on-the-day execution.
  • Assist the Assistant Manager in developing and rolling out new initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Centre Principals to gather content, align messaging, and schedule activities.
  • Prepare marketing collateral, including welcome packs, flyers, class timetables, and digital assets.
  • Track enquiries and support the enrolment journey for prospective families.
  • Keep the organisation's website current, including centre information, programmes, term dates, and events.
  • Update pages ahead of key milestones such as enrolment periods and Open Houses.
  • Publish news, photos, and stories that reflect life across all six centres.
  • Ensure content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with the brand voice used on social media.
  • Check that links, forms, and enquiry pathways are functioning properly so prospective families can reach us easily.
  • Flag technical issues to the relevant vendor or support contact and follow through to resolution.
  • Coordinate marketing requests and activities across the different centres to ensure timely follow-up and execution.
  • Maintain, organise, and regularly update marketing-related files, photographs, videos, marketing collateral, and other digital assets.
  • Manage and maintain content calendars, keeping track of upcoming campaigns, events, school activities, deadlines, and key marketing milestones.
  • Assist with event planning, coordination, and administrative arrangements for Open Houses, school events, campaigns, and other promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with Centre Principals and relevant stakeholders on event requirements, marketing materials, schedules, and other logistical arrangements.
  • Prepare and maintain simple reports, trackers, schedules, and updates for management review.
  • Assist with general correspondence and communications relating to marketing initiatives, events, campaigns, and centre requests.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of marketing activities, materials, approvals, and relevant records.
  • Follow up on outstanding marketing requests, deliverables, and action items with centres, vendors, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Marketing & Communications department as required.
