Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in marketing and customer service or related roles.
• Experience with offline and online marketing activities.
• Experience handling customer feedback across digital and in-person channels.
• Experience with Shopee, Lazada, and food delivery platforms is a plus.
• Proficient with AI tools (ChatGPT, Grok, DeepSeek) and MidJourney/CapCut.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Coordinate online and offline marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Design posters, banners, and promo materials using AI tools.
• Shoot, edit, and produce engaging videos with CapCut.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve marketing and CX.
• Prepare reports and insights for stakeholders.
