Job details: Permanent

Are you looking to accelerate your professional development, build a brilliant career, and thrive in a highly supportive team? At Inchcape, we're pursuing an ambitious strategy to evolve our global business and lead our industry's transformation.

Join our Marketing & Customer Experience team and gain hands-on exposure across a diverse portfolio of automotive and customer-focused businesses. You will work alongside experienced marketers to deliver campaigns, events and customer-engagement initiatives while building practical experience across marketing operations and brand development.

As part of the Marketing & Customer Experience team, you will work alongside experienced marketers across a diverse portfolio of automotive and customer-focused businesses.

Unlike a traditional single-brand role, this position offers exposure to multiple business segments and different areas of marketing. You will gain hands-on experience in integrated campaigns, customer engagement, events, partnerships, marketing operations and brand development while working closely with commercial and cross-functional teams.

This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who wants to build a well-rounded foundation in marketing and progressively develop experience in managing campaigns and brands from planning through execution.

What you will do:
  1. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, promotions and initiatives to generate customer interest, leads and measurable business outcomes.

  2. Support marketing activities across multiple business portfolios, adapting plans and execution to different customer segments, commercial priorities and business requirements.

  3. Coordinate roadshows, product launches, showroom activations, customer events and other experiential marketing activities, including post-event evaluation and follow-up. Occasional weekend work will be required to support event execution.

  4. Work closely with creative, media, public relations, digital, event and production partners to ensure campaigns and materials are delivered on time, within budget and to the required standard.

  5. Support customer engagement and relationship-management activities, including customer communications, email campaigns, database initiatives, partnerships, festive campaigns and customer events.

  6. Develop and coordinate content across digital, social media and owned channels to strengthen brand visibility, customer engagement and campaign performance.

  7. Monitor marketing and campaign performance, prepare post-campaign analyses and recommend practical improvements to strengthen effectiveness and return on investment.

  8. Maintain digital and customer-facing marketing touchpoints, including websites, customer relationship-management systems, price lists, campaign information and marketing materials, ensuring that content remains accurate and current.

  9. Manage marketing collateral and showroom materials, including coordinating updates, monitoring inventory and arranging replenishment where required.

  10. Partner with Sales, Operations, Customer Experience and other business teams to support customer acquisition, retention, conversion and overall commercial objectives.

  11. Manage day-to-day marketing administration and operational processes, including purchase requisitions, invoice processing, budget tracking, vendor coordination, campaign documentation and reporting.

  12. Prepare presentations, reports, business updates and marketing materials for management and internal stakeholders.

  13. Ensure marketing activities and communications comply with applicable brand guidelines, internal policies and regulatory requirements.

  14. Collaborate with colleagues across different portfolios, sharing knowledge and supporting major campaigns, events, peak periods and team initiatives when additional assistance is required.

  15. Support other cross-functional projects, operational activities and business priorities as reasonably required.
